Side effects of TMS treatment

Side effects are minor and temporary. Some people have a little bit of twitching during the procedure. Some people have a little bit of soreness at the site of stimulation. A few people have headaches but they’re very very mild and they usually go away on their own within the next half hour to the next day. There’s a very small number of people who get headaches that are worse, maybe half of one percent who have them bad enough to not do TMS.
